Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

How to Track Your Order

1. You'll receive an email and SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.
2. Click the tracking link or visit the courier partner's website.
3. Enter your tracking number to see real-time delivery status.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on select orders across India. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain factors beyond our control may occasionally cause delays.

Important: Flow Hydration (Podium Performance LLP) is not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If you experience significant delays, please contact our support team and we will assist in coordinating with the courier partner to resolve the issue.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts:

• The package may be held at the nearest courier hub for pickup
• You will be notified via SMS/email with pickup details
• Unclaimed packages may be returned to us after the holding period

Serviceable Areas

We deliver to most pin codes across India. During checkout, you can verify if your location is serviceable by entering your pin code. If your area is not currently serviceable, please contact us and we'll try to find an alternative solution.
